The Shops at Mount Vernon wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to our designated returns warehouse address.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
